Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any applicable apartment, unit, suite or building information required for delivery.

If a postal carrier determines that an address is incomplete or inaccurate and the order cannot be delivered as a result, any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the order are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable in these circumstances, as the shipping service has already been provided.

 

Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
